30-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Return Policy
We stand by our products and want you to love your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within this period.
🔹 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
✔ The item must be in its original condition, unworn/unused, with all packaging intact.
✔ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
✔ The product must be returned to our designated return address.
To start a return, please contact us at hamptonsaura@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🔹 Return Shipping
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
✔ Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the item.
✔ If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
✔ If more than 15 business days have passed after approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us.
🔹 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at hamptonsaura@gmail.com with photos of the issue within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.
🔹 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

✔ Items purchased on sale or gift cards.
✔ Custom or personalized orders.
🔹 Exchanges
If you’d like a different item, you must return your current purchase for a refund and place a new order.
