  • All orders are handled in-house in New York to ensure quality and efficiency.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


🚚 Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders (Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days).

  • Shipping Carrier: We currently ship via FedEx.

  • We do not offer express or expedited shipping at this time.


🌍 Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the U.S.


📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

  • If you have not received your tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact our support team.


📢 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

  • If there is an issue with shipping, we will keep you updated throughout the process.

  • If your package is lost or stolen, we will offer to refund you or send a replacement product at no additional cost.
